Platform role
Muster.Fit provides a platform for event discovery and organization but does not supervise, endorse, or assume responsibility for any member-organized events. Participation in any event is at the participant's own risk.
Organizer responsibilities
By creating an event on Muster.Fit, you agree to:

Ensure the safety of all participants to the best of your ability
•
Communicate clearly about the nature, risks, and requirements of the event
•
Not hold Muster.Fit liable for any incidents that occur during your event
•
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
•
Obtain any necessary permits or insurance for in-person events
•
Follow the Community Guidelines and remove participants who violate them
Accurate listings
Event titles, descriptions, locations, times, and capacity limits must be accurate. Do not misrepresent the difficulty, cost, or nature of an event.
Paid events
When paid ticketing is enabled, you are responsible for delivering the event as described and for compliance with applicable payment and consumer protection laws. Muster.Fit's role is limited to platform facilitation as described at the time of listing.
Acceptance
You must accept this agreement before publishing your first event (or when prompted after material updates). Your acceptance timestamp is stored with your profile.
