These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Muster.Fit ("Muster.Fit," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Muster.Fit mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Muster.Fit feature, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Health & Activity Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Muster.Fit. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@muster.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate profile information and to keep it reasonably up to date.

Muster.Fit is a community-driven health accountability platform. It is not a medical provider, fitness certification body, or event insurance carrier. Muster.Fit connects members with peers, tools, and optional member-organized events.

Muster.Fit is a platform for community connection and accountability. We do not review, endorse, or verify the accuracy of user-generated content, including posts, messages, event descriptions, squad activity, or any other content submitted by members.

We are not responsible for the content that our users post or the communications that users send using our platform. We generally do not review content before it is posted. Users are solely responsible for their own content and communications.

We are not responsible for any events organized by members, including but not limited to the safety, quality, or appropriateness of such events. Members participate in events at their own risk.

You grant Muster.Fit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on the Platform solely to operate and improve the service. You retain ownership of your content.

You agree to comply with our Community Guidelines and applicable law. You may not use the Platform to harass others, share others' private health information, scrape data, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with Platform security.

Paid membership features, when offered, are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.

You can manage payment methods, view invoices, and cancel renewal in your Stripe billing portal (Profile → Manage subscription, or the equivalent account menu). Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel earlier. Continuing after the trial constitutes agreement to recurring billing as described at signup.

Weight, waist, blood pressure, lab values, workout logs, and similar health metrics are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to share summaries through visibility settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Members who meet eligibility requirements may create events subject to the Event Organizer Agreement. Muster.Fit provides a platform for event discovery and organization but does not supervise, endorse, or assume responsibility for member-organized events.

Paid in-app tickets, when available, apply only to qualifying in-person or hybrid events as described in the product. Virtual events may be free or handled outside the app.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Muster.Fit and its employees, officers, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or our business services as used by you, including:

In no event shall Muster.Fit be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the information on the Platform, or for any consequential, special, incidental, indirect, exemplary, or similar damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Muster.Fit to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the preceding 12 months. If you have paid nothing in that period, our aggregate liability shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (US $50), except where a higher minimum is required by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Muster.Fit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Muster.Fit reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or safety reasons.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, United States of America, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

You agree that disputes will be brought only in the United States of America and waive any objection to venue in Delaware on the grounds of inconvenient forum, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence requires a different forum, that law controls only to the extent it cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
